This is egg free, almond free, wheat free and although I have not tried it, I would imagine you could cut the butter out and sub in coconut oil to make it dairy free. I’m sure these cookies could be made into individual cookies as well, the batter is thick, just like a traditional cookie. I just prefer the ease of bars.
